Cancellations can be made online through our booking system or by calling our spa. If you cancel within this time frame, you will receive a full refund. • Late Cancellations: If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, refunds will not be available. However, you are welcome to reschedule your appointment. Rescheduling • Flexible Rescheduling: We understand that plans can change. You can reschedule your appointment even up to one hour before your scheduled time. Rescheduling can be done online or by calling us. • Unlimited Rescheduling: There is no limit to the number of times you can reschedule your appointment. We want to accommodate your needs as much as possible. • No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your appointment, we offer a one-time free rescheduling option. Please contact us to arrange a new time. Arrival Time • Timeliness: To ensure a smooth and relaxed experience, we ask that you arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This allows you ample time to complete any necessary forms and prepare for your massage. Arriving late may reduce your treatment time, as we strive to respect the schedule of all our clients.
